• Should have minimum 4+ years of experience in BPO.
• International Voice experience is mandate.
• Should have been designated as a Team Lead for at least 2 years on papers.
• Should be able to calculate Attrition, Shrinkage, AHT.
• Should be aware of NPS, Repeat & Churn.
• Should be aware of Occupancy and Utilization formulas.
• Candidate should have good communication.
• Location: Preferred Chennai based candidates.

Shifts timings

• Complete night shift

Week Off

• 5 Days working, 2 days week off
• Only female candidate preferred
