Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)
Must-Have
- Designing the best Cloud solution for cloud-based customer needs (Azure, AWS) Cloud.
- Experience in Infrastructure Managed Services (Data Center Infra, cloud, Storage, backup, Virtualization and Unix) and disaster recovery solution.
- Experience in solution design, implementation, and technical adviser for cloud infrastructure services. (Azure, AWS)
- Experience in AWS/Azure technical architect in developing and architecting enterprise level large scale multi-tier application
- Experience in cloud readiness assessment and cost estimation.
- Worked on designing cloud models forInfrastructure-as-a-service (IaaS) and Disaster recovery as-a service (DRaaS).
- Performed data and application migration from On-premises to AWS/Azure Cloud.
- Experience in creation of HLD and LLD for data center solution for Azure/AWS Cloud, storage, Virtualization, Backup, replication.
- Solution design and implementation Azure/AWS cloud, storage Virtualization and backup.
- Doing solution design for data center migration and consolidation project.
- Lead and contribute with presentations and discussions in customer workshops, providing solution and respond to customer RFI/RFP.
- Develop Solution and effort estimates & pricing by integrating multiple offerings and overall solution management.
- Experience in Cloud Architecture, Customer engagements, POC, DC management, Migrations, Project Management and Solution Designing
- Experience in DR Solution
- Good Communication and email writing skills.
- Project management and Leadership skills.
- Knowledge of DevOps tools such as Terraform and Ansible
- Coaching and Mentoring Team
Good-to-Have
- Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory / Identity management
- Knowledge on Server Monitoring tools, backups software, Security Tools like Antivirus, Log monitoring.
- Knowledge on virtualization technologies and migration tool.
