Job Description

Key Responsibilities
• Handle inbound and outbound international voice calls professionally
• Interact with US healthcare stakeholders (patients, providers, insurance companies)
• Collect, verify, and update patient and insurance information
• Assist with appointment details, claim status, authorizations, and eligibility checks
• Document call details accurately in internal systems
• Follow HIPAA guidelines and maintain patient confidentiality
• Resolve queries within defined TAT and quality standards
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams when required

Required Skills
• Strong verbal communication skills in English
• Comfortable with US accent and international calling standards
• Basic understanding of US healthcare processes (claims, eligibility, billing, authorizations)
• Good listening, problem-solving, and customer handling skills
• Ability to work with CRM, calling tools, and healthcare applications
• Willingness to work in US shifts / night shifts
