    Job Title: Customer Service Executive / Telecaller

    Job Summary:
    We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused professional to manage inbound and outbound calls, explain company services, and address customer inquiries effectively while maintaining high service standards.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote company services

    • Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner

    • Clearly explain products, services, and offers to customers

    • Resolve customer concerns politely and professionally

    • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups

    • Achieve daily/weekly call targets and performance metrics

    • Build and maintain positive customer relationships
