Roles & Responsibilities Make outbound calls to agriculture retail shops. Pitch AGRIM products and services effectively over calls. Onboard new retail shops on the AGRIM platform. Collect and verify KYC documents of onboarded shops. Assist retailers in placing their first order. Ensure repeat orders by building strong relationships with retailers. Handle customer objections and close sales professionally. Maintain proper call records and follow-ups. Requirements Minimum 1+ year of experience in Telesales / Telecalling. Experience in B2B / Retail calling preferred. Good command over Hindi (English is a plus). Strong communication and convincing skills. Quick grasping ability and product understanding. Excellent objection-handling and negotiation skills.
