Medical Coder

Location: Hyderabad, Telangana 
Timings: 9:30 AM 6:30 PM
Employment Type: Permanent | Full-Time

Role & Responsibilities:

• Validate and enhance clinical documentation to ensure accurate, complete, and compliant coding for Medicare beneficiaries, emphasizing the CMS-HCC model.
• Conduct thorough chart reviews, accurately coding medical records for ICD-10 diagnoses and procedures related to risk adjustment.
• Maintain high productivity standards in production coding, aiming for an average of 30 charts per day.
• Ensure documentation alignment with all regulatory guidelines and standards, with a strong focus on risk adjustment accuracy.
• Uphold a minimum of 95% accuracy rate in coding, demonstrating meticulous attention to detail.
• Regularly update knowledge on coding guidelines, rules, and regulations pertaining to Risk Adjustment and HCC coding.
• Proficiently navigate various EHR systems to optimize the efficiency and accuracy of chart reviews.


Salary:

• Junior Coders (2 - 4 yrs): 4 LPA - 6 LPA

• Senior Coders (4 - 6 yrs): 6 LPA - 8 LPA 

(Compensation aligned with experience and skill set)

Requirements:

• CPC/CRC Certification Mandatory

• Graduation Mandatory

• 2 - 6 years of medical coding experience

• Strong knowledge of icd-10, cpt & hcpcs

Immediate joiners are highly preferred
