Looking for Experienced Graduates in Recruitment for HR Recruiter Position- with excellent English communication

- Work from Office-Immediate Joiners.

Qualification: Only Graduate/ HS

Location: Tollygunge Kolkata

Salary: 10000 to 12000 + incentives




Job Type: Full Time




Mandatory :-

Language - English and Hindi & Bengali

 

Role & responsibilities :-

 

• Upgrade your skills by working on end-to-end recruitment.
• 80-100 calls have to do on a daily basis
• Able to work under Target and pressure
• Sourcing Candidates from various Job portals
• Screening the candidate's resumes and contacting relevant candidates.
• Arranging interviews for selected candidates with the chosen company.



Requirements

1. Must be a Graduate/ HS along with recruitment experience.

2. Need to have excellent communication skill.

3. Must have knowledge of screening and sourcing.

4. Must have a laptop & WiFi connection & Power Backup

5. Must be comfortable with Targets.




Required Skills: end to end recruitment, team management, client coordination, recruitment,




Shift timing 10.30 am to 7.30 pm.

2nd & 4th Saturdays are off
