Job Description
Job Title: Site Accountant
Location: Anantpur & Pavagada (Solar Project Site)
Payroll: Third-Party Payroll GlobalScient Business Solutions
Qualification: B.Com (Mandatory)
Joining: Within 15 Days (Mandatory)

About the Project
The position is for a Solar Site Project with one of the pioneer listed clients in the renewable energy sector. Further project details will be discussed over the call.
Role & Responsibilities
- Handle complete site accounting activities for solar construction projects.
- Manage Contractor Billing, including RA Bills preparation and verification.
- Process and verify Tax Invoices, Credit Notes, and Invoice Verification.
- Ensure compliance with GST and TDS regulations.
- Generate and manage E-Way Bills as per statutory requirements.
- Handle Delivery Challans, GRN (Goods Receipt Notes), Purchase Orders, and Work Orders.
- Maintain proper documentation of financial and material transactions at the site.
- Work on SAP FICO module for accounting entries and reporting.
- Reconcile vendor and contractor accounts regularly.
- Coordinate with Head Office accounts team for reporting and compliance.
- Support audits by maintaining proper records and documentation.
Key Requirements
- B.Com Graduate (Mandatory)
- Experience in Construction/Site Accounting preferred
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, and Contractor Billing
- Hands-on experience in SAP FICO preferred
- Must be fluent in Hindi and English
- Ready to join within 15 days
