Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Responsible for handling IP/OP billing, insurance documentation, TPA coordination, cash collection, and maintaining billing records. Ensure accuracy in billing and compliance with hospital policies.

Preferred candidate profile

1-3 years of experience in hospital billing (IP/OP)
Good knowledge of insurance processing and TPA coordination
Familiar with HIS
Basic knowledge of medical terminology
Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail
Good communication skills (English & Kannada )
Ability to handle cash transactions and billing reconciliation
Willing to work in rotational shifts
Immediate joiners preferred
