Job Description

mascallnet inida pvt ltd is looking for Team Leader - Operations (0-3 years experience) to join our team

Roles and Responsibility

Lead and manage a team of operations professionals to achieve business objectives.

Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and expansion.

Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and optimize processes.

Provide coaching and training to team members to enhance their skills and performance.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in a team leadership role with at least 0-4 years of experience.

Strong understanding of operational management principles and practices.

Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Strong analytical and decision-making skills with attention to detail.

Experience with process improvement initiatives and project management too
