Job Title: Home Loan Sales Executive

Job Summary:

We are hiring dynamic and target-oriented candidates for the position of Home Loan Sales Executive. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing and generating home loan business through open market, referrals, and builder/channel connections.

---

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate Home Loan leads from open market, connectors, and references

• Meet customers to understand their loan requirements

• Explain loan products, eligibility, and documentation process

• Coordinate with credit and operations team for loan processing

• Achieve monthly sales targets

• Maintain relationship with customers and channel partners

• Ensure proper KYC and documentation compliance

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum Graduate preferred

• 2 to 5 years experience in Home Loan / LAP

• Good communication & convincing skills

• Local market knowledge preferred

---
