- Component Customization: Extend native APEX features by building custom APEX Plug-ins and highly customized Interactive Grids that require deep DOM manipulation.
- Client-Side Logic: Develop complex browser-side workflows using the APEX JavaScript API, jQuery, and AJAX to ensure a "desktop-like" experience for users, also good hands-on experience on Java.
- Universal Theme Mastery: Direct the branding and responsiveness of apps through custom CSS and the APEX Universal Theme, ensuring accessibility and cross-browser compatibility.
- High-Performance Code: Author and maintain advanced PL/SQL packages, stored procedures, and functions that serve as the core business logic layer.
- Optimization: Perform expert-level performance tuning of complex SQL queries and PL/SQL blocks, analyzing execution plans to eliminate bottlenecks.
- RESTful Service Governance: Design and expose REST APIs using ORDS (Oracle REST Data Services) to integrate APEX with external platforms like ERPs (Oracle EBS).
- Experience in programming custom workflows using Oracle Workflow Builder is required. Must have experience using and configuring systematic approvals using Approvals Management Engine (AME).
