We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Talent Acquisition professional to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring talent to meet the organizations staffing needs. This role requires strong communication skills, stakeholder management, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes
Understand job requirements and hiring needs
Source candidates through job portals, social media, and networking
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
Ensure a positive candidate experience
Assist in employer branding initiatives
Support onboarding and joining formalities
Bachelors / Masters degree (HR or related field preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes
Ability to work in a target-driven environment
Eagerness to learn and grow
Good verbal & written communication
Basic knowledge of job portals (preferred but not mandatory)
Positive attitude & willingness to take initiative
Prior experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
Proven ability to manage end-to-end hiring
Experience with sourcing strategies and screening techniques
Ability to handle multiple roles simultaneously
Strong coordination & stakeholder management skills
Expertise in job portals & sourcing channels
