Role- Field Marketing Executive

Location: Chennai (Kodambakkam)
Job Type: Full-Time
Experience: 0 2 Years
Salary: 1,80,000 2,40,000 per annum + Incentives + Travel Allowance

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct field visits to colleges and corporate organizations

• Promote IT Training programs, internship opportunities, and software solutions

• Create brand awareness among students, HR teams, and management representatives

• Generate qualified leads through on-ground marketing activities

• Distribute promotional materials including brochures and marketing collaterals

• Conduct seminars, workshops, and presentations in colleges

• Support Business Development and Sales teams in field operations

• Initiate discussions for college tie-ups and collaborations

• Collect and maintain student and client data for marketing database

• Execute outdoor campaigns and promotional events

• Generate enquiries for software, web, and application development services

• Submit daily field activity and lead generation reports

• Achieve assigned lead generation and business targets

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong communication skills in Tamil and English

• Willingness to travel and perform field-based activities

• Good convincing and presentation abilities

• Energetic, self-motivated, and target-oriented mindset

• Basic computer knowledge for reporting and coordination

• Strong interpersonal and networking skills

Eligibility Criteria

• Any Graduate

• Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience

• Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred

• Strong interest in marketing and field sales activities

• Immediate joiners preferred
