Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

Manage end-to-end recruitment process for non-IT roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Conduct phone or video interviews with potential candidates to assess their skills and fit for the role.
Ensure timely communication with both internal stakeholders (hiring managers) and external stakeholders (candidates).

Job Requirements :

2-5 years of experience in BPO/ Non IT hiring or talent acquisition.
Strong understanding of non-IT recruitment processes
Good communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
Proficiency in using job portals - Naurki, LinkedIn
