We are hiring experienced candidates for an International Chat Support role. The position involves handling customer queries via chat, providing timely solutions, and ensuring high-quality service for international clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound international customer queries via chat
• Assist customers with issues, requests, and product/service information
• Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM
• Provide timely resolutions and follow-ups
• Ensure adherence to process guidelines and quality standards
  

Required Skills:

• Minimum 6 months of experience in International Chat / Non-Voice Process
• Excellent English communication skills (Written & Verbal)
• Strong typing and problem-solving skills
• Customer-focused and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working in night shifts
