Data Architect @ Hexaware Technologies

Job Description

Responsibilities:

• 7-12 years of experience in Data Modeling & Data Architecture.
• Design and maintain conceptual, logical, and physical data models using ERwin or similar tools.
• Develop dimensional models for analytics and 3NF models for transactional systems.
• Create and manage source-to-target (S2T) mappings for ETL/ELT processes.
• Write and optimize complex SQL scripts for data transformation and analysis.
• Collaborate with business teams, architects, engineers, and analysts to gather and analyse requirements.
• Support data integration from various source systems including APIs, flat files, and databases.
• Contribute to data governance, including metadata management and data quality controls.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation of data models, mappings, and design standards.
• Ensure data solutions meet performance, scalability, and data security requirements.

Skills Required:

• Strong hands-on experience in data architecture & data modeling
• Proficiency in ERwin or similar modeling tools
• Expertise in Dimensional Modeling & 3NF
• Advanced SQL scripting and query optimization
• Experience in ETL/ELT and S2T mapping
• Excellent communication, documentation, and coordination skills
