Job Description
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into effective UX/UI strategies.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that align with client objectives and user needs.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers and project teams on best practices in UX/UI design.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure innovative solutions.
- Present design concepts and strategies to stakeholders, articulating the rationale behind design choices.
- Proven experience in UX/UI design with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant projects.
- Expertise in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.
- Experience in conducting workshops and design sprints.
- Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices.
- Bachelor''s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- 7-10 years of experience in UX/UI design and consultancy.
- Proven track record of successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
