Job Title: US Technical Recruiter
Location: Remote (Mumbai-Based)
Position Type: Full-Time

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced US Technical Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for technology hiring across assigned business units. The role involves close stakeholder coordination, candidate engagement, and strategic sourcing while driving innovative hiring practices to meet organizational talent goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and manage US IT / Software hiring requirements for assigned business units.

  • Execute the complete recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and scheduling candidates.

  • Plan and execute weekend interview drives and bulk hiring initiatives as required.

  • Map and track talent from competitor organizations and relevant industry segments.

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and timely hiring operations.

  • Provide a clear overview of hiring dos, best practices, and market insights for each requirement.

  • Research and implement emerging hiring trends and recruitment strategies.

  • Leverage recruitment technologies, ATS tools, and social platforms to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.

  • Prepare and present timely hiring reports, dashboards, and data insights to leadership.

Qualifications & Desired Skills
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in US IT Recruitment, preferably with exposure to Product-based IT hiring.

  • Proven experience in business/corporate hiring beyond IT staffing.

  • Demonstrated ability to source candidates through multiple channels beyond traditional job boards.

  • Strong social media and networking recruitment skills (LinkedIn, GitHub, communities, referrals, etc.).

  • Excellent written and spoken English with a neutral accent.

  • Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.

  • Graduate in any discipline (Bachelors degree mandatory).

Employment Flexibility: Candidates can be engaged on W2 or C2C basis.
