Position Summary


The Corporate SPOC HR will act as the central liaison between the corporate HR team and zonal HR operations. This role ensures alignment of HR policies, processes, and talent acquisition strategies across zones, while serving as the single point of contact for escalations, coordination, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
    • Coordinate recruitment activities across zones to ensure timely hiring.
    • Partner with zonal HR teams to forecast manpower requirements.
    • Standardize hiring practices and ensure adherence to corporate guidelines.
  • Employee Engagement & Relations
    • Act as the corporate representative for zonal employee engagement initiatives.
    • Address escalated employee concerns and ensure resolution in line with HR policies.
    • Drive consistency in communication and engagement programs across zones.
  • Policy Implementation & Compliance
    • Ensure zonal HR teams implement corporate HR policies uniformly.
    • Monitor compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and internal audits.
    • Provide guidance on disciplinary actions and grievance handling.
  • Performance Management & Development
    • Support zonal HR teams in executing performance appraisal cycles.
    • Identify training needs and coordinate corporate learning initiatives.
    • Facilitate leadership development programs across zones.
  • Reporting & Analytics
  • Consolidate HR metrics from zones for corporate reporting.
  • Provide insights on attrition, recruitment efficiency, and employee satisfaction.
  • Recommend improvements based on data-driven analysis.

  • Fluency in the local language
  • Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Basic problem-solving abilities
  • Good organizational and coordination skills
  • A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn

  • Post 6 Months Junior HR Executive (JRE)18,000/month + Incentives
  • After 12 Months HR Executive 22,000/month + Incentives
