Job Description
***We are looking for candidate who is proficient in "IBM Sterling Integrator" and can join us immediately at our Bangalore Office***
Role & responsibilities :
- Proficiency in IBM Sterling Integrator, which includes knowledge of map design, business process development, and configuration.
- Strong understanding of data transformation techniques, such as XML, EDI, and flat file mapping.
- Familiarity with integration protocols and standards like AS2, SFTP, FTP, HTTP, and EDI X12.Collaborating with business analysts and stakeholders to understand integration requirements and design efficient solutions.
- Writing and configuring data transformation maps, business processes, and custom extensions using the IBM Sterling Integrator framework.
- Designing and implementing business processes that define the flow of data and actions within the integration solution.
- Configuring partner profiles and communication protocols to establish secure and reliable connections with external partners.
- Implementing error-handling mechanisms to ensure data integrity and manage exceptions during the integration process.
- Conducting unit testing, integration testing, and system testing to ensure the integration solution works as expected.
- Identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks and optimizing the integration processes for efficiency.
- Knowledge of data security principles, encryption, and compliance with data protection regulations
- Implementing monitoring and reporting mechanisms to track the status and performance of integration processes.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as network administrators, database administrators, and security experts, to ensure seamless integration.
- Defining end-to-end Sterling B2B Integrator architecture, including perimeter server deployment for secure DMZ, high-availability clustering, and cloud/hybrid-cloud implementations.
- Experience in support projects (includes SLA understanding)
- Experience in Ticketing tools like ITSM or Service Now
- Good communication
- Flexible to work on needs basis
