Role & responsibilities

NOTE: Only candidates who can attend F2F Interview in Bangalore for the final round in customer location (Its mandatory).

UGNX+BIW

Required skill:

Must requirement: UG NX, BIW sheet metal design and development . Joining elements, Manufacturing of sheet metal component.

Want: Good communication skill, GD and T, Analytical skill

Qualification-BE/B.Tech

Notice- 0-15 days Max

Number of rounds-2(1st round-Virtual and 2nd Round F2F in Bangalore)

Overall Experience in BIW 3-8 yrs and relevant should be minimum 2+ Years

Requirements:

Mechanical Engineer with overall experience of 3 to 8 yrs in Passenger Car BIW

In depth knowledge of Passenger Car BIW structure and Assembly

Joining techniques of BIW structures

Concept generation of the components

Cost Optimization Ideas on the components and assembly.

In depth knowledge of DFM and DFA of BIW components

Knowledge on material, FMEA, GD&T and Stack Up

Team center knowledge is a must

Understanding the requirement of the program and managing the deliverables accordingly handling project plan and the team

Co-ordination with cross functional team and suppliers

Strong skill with NX surfacing is must
