Back Office Executive : International Process (Contractual role) @ Datamatics

Job Description

We are hiring Back Office - Operations Executives for an International Process with a leading global client. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers and candidates with up to 6 months of experience who are looking to start their career in the international back-office domain.

Initially this is a 3 months of contractual role.

Key Responsibilities :

• Handle backend operations for international clients.
• Maintain and update records accurately in internal systems.
• Process data, transactions, and documentation as per defined guidelines.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks with high accuracy.
• Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution.
• Follow compliance and quality standards.

Eligibility Criteria :

• Fresher to 6 months of experience in International Back Office / BPO process.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word).
• Willing to work in UK shift - 1pm to 10pm

Job location : Andheri East , MIDC.

Working days : Monday to Friday, Alternate Saturday working, Sunday off

Salary : 15K to 20K net take home (also - PF, Mediclaim, Bonus)

This is a contractual role for 3 months and currently looking for Immediate joiners only.
