The Opportunity
We are a fast-paced startup looking for a high-ownership designer who wants to build more than just screens - we want someone to help build our company.
You will not just be "executing tickets." You will own the design function, shaping the user experience across Mobile Apps (iOS/Android), Responsive Websites, and Web Dashboards. If you thrive in dynamic environments where you wear multiple hats and your work has an immediate impact, this role is for you.
What Youll Do
- Full-Stack Design Ownership: Take charge of projects from rough concept to final pixel-perfect delivery across all platforms (Mobile Apps, Web, Landing Pages).
- Mobile & Web Versatility: While you have deep expertise in Mobile UX (iOS/Android), you are equally comfortable designing complex web interfaces and responsive sites.
- Startup Speed & Iteration: Work in short sprints, rapidly prototyping and iterating based on user feedback and business goals. You understand that "done" is better than "perfect" when we need to move fast.
- Mentorship & Leadership: Act as a standard-bearer for design quality. You will review the work of junior designers/interns, provide constructive feedback, and help them grow.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work directly with Founders, Project Managers and Developers to balance design aspirations with technical feasibility and business timelines.
What Were Looking For
- Proven Experience:
- 2-3 years of end-to-end product design experience.
- Must have: Minimum 1-2 years specifically in Mobile App Design (iOS & Android).
- Tool Stack:
- Figma Expert: You are highly organized (Auto-layout, Components, Variables) and can manage a messy startup design file efficiently.
- The "Startup" Mindset:
- Self-Starter: You dont wait for instructions. You see a problem, and you fix it.
- Adaptable: You are okay with requirements changing. You are willing to pick up a marketing banner, a pitch deck, or a website redesign if thats what the team needs today.
- Mentorship Spirit: You are open to sharing knowledge, documenting processes, and guiding less experienced team members.
