What Youll Do

• Handle inbound & outbound calls with international customers professionally
  
• Resolve customer queries efficiently while ensuring high satisfaction levels
  
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and processes
  
• Meet and exceed quality and performance metrics
  
• Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless issue resolution
  

What Were Looking For

• 6 months to 4 years of experience in International Voice / BPO / Customer Support
  
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English (neutral accent preferred)
  
• Strong listening and problem-solving abilities
  
• Customer-centric mindset with a positive attitude
  
• Comfortable working in night shifts & graveyard shifts
  
• Basic computer proficiency and multitasking skills
