This role requires developing effective sourcing strategies, leveraging social media and digital platforms to attract top talent, and managing the complete candidate lifecycle from screening to selection. The Recruiter will work closely with hiring managers and key stakeholders to understand workforce needs, ensure timely closures, and deliver a positive candidate experience. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, proficiency with ATS and recruitment tools, and the ability to perform efficiently in a fastpaced, highdemand environment while tracking recruitment metrics and providing constructive feedback to candidates.
