Duck Creek Billing Configuration Lead @ HTC Global Services

Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a Duck Creek Billing Lead with deep expertise in the Duck Creek Billing platform to support and lead the implementation, customization, and enhancement of billing solutions for our insurance systems. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in configuring, developing, and integrating the Duck Creek Billing product, as well as a strong understanding of insurance billing processes and best practices.

Requirements:          

• Minimum 9+ years of hands-on experience in Duck Creek Billing.
• Strong understanding of Duck Creek product suite, especially Billing configuration, architecture, and integration.
• Experience with Duck Creek Author, Transact, and DataHub/Insights is a plus.
• Knowledge of common billing functions like premium billing, payment plans, agency billing, and commissions.
• Experience integrating Duck Creek Billing with policy, claims, finance, and third-party systems.
• Solid understanding of insurance operations and billing lifecycle.
• Experience working with cloud deployments - Duck Creek OnDemand.
