Job Description

  • Location : Bangalore/Chennai
  • Banking experience is must

PM with exp. in financial management & clarity tool

Role and responsibility

  • Support Programme Manager and workstream leads, in driving the scope, delivery and

implementation of activities. [must have]

  • Support programme delivery activities including facilitation of workstream deliverables.

[must have]

  • Proactively seek information across teams and business units to ensure effective project

execution.

[must have]

  • Run daily stand ups, weekly and monthly programme governance arrangements. [must

have]

  • Identify and then judge when to escalate risks and issues and their associated mitigation

plans.

[must have]

  • Manage status reporting cycles, milestone changes, and risk & issue logs. [must have]
  • Prepare programmes updates on a periodical and ad-hoc basis. [must have]
  • Support programme management in managing programme forecasting and budgeting.

  • Support programme manager on delivery to central Project Management Office activities.

have]

  • Achieve correct governance and transparency for the project so that appropriate

oversight is achieved. [desirable]

  • Maintain focus on delivering and realising the project's benefits. [desirable]
  • Provide high quality materials to communicate project status clearly and concisely.

  • Provide regular progress reporting to the relevant senior programme governance foras.

[desirable]

  • Support workstream leads in delivering against programme plans as and when required.

Skills

  • Broad knowledge, understanding and application of industry standard programme and

project

management frameworks and tools (for e.g. Agile, Clarity, ADO, Teams). [must have]

  • Exposure and experience in working on Risk Change and Technology programmes driving

innovation and re-engineering. [must have]

  • Strong ability to extract information by questioning and active listening. [must have]
  • Ability to build strong client relationships / business partnership, and to thrive in

uncertainty and

ambiguous situation. [must have]

  • Strong delivery focus mindset [must have]
  • Proven track record in evaluating programme performance across key metrics. [desirable]
  • Strong organisational and communication skills with the ability to study and familiarise

Group

frameworks, policies and standards to provide support to programme workstream leads.

  • Ability to rationalise and work through organisational change. [desirable]
  • Strong and demonstrated ability to work cross-culturally is a plus. [desirable
