Job Description

Core Purpose of the Role

To strategize, manage, and grow the sales of Specialty Chemicals (Emulsion, Dispersions and Binders used in printing and plastic film packaging industries), ensuring market penetration, customer satisfaction, and profitable growth through consultative selling and cross-functional collaboration.

Focus Area

Drive market penetration, customer satisfaction, and profitable growth for Speciality Chemicals through strategic planning, strong client relationships.


Key Responsibilities :


Market Strategy and Business Development:

  • Identify feasibility and formulate strategies for introducing Speciality Chemicals in the Indian market.
  • Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for targeting potential segments and clients.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform sales tactics and product positioning.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Manage key customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
  • Participate in strategic deal closures and provide consultative selling support.
  • Identify and capitalize on new sales opportunities to drive revenue growth.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reports.
  • Monitor customer, market, and competitor activities, providing actionable insights to leadership.
  • Ensure adherence to budget guidelines and optimize sales expenses.

Skills Required

Technical Expertise:

  • In-depth knowledge of Printing Ink, Packaging industries
  • Understanding of financial, marketing, branding, and operational aspects of above industries
  • Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong leadership and goal-setting abilities.
  • Customer orientation with exceptional negotiation skills.
  • Analytical and data-driven problem-solving capabilities.
