Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Project Management:
    • Lead and manage the end-to-end implementation and migration process for assigned client projects.
    • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and risk mitigation strategies to ensure projects remain on track.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Client Services, Technical Teams) to ensure effective communication and successful project outcomes.
  1. Client Onboarding and Consultation:
    • Serve as the main point of contact for clients during the migration process, understanding their business needs and ensuring a successful migration journey.
    • Conduct Business Blueprint/Discovery workshops to capture and document client requirements.
    • Provide expert guidance on best practices for workforce management and time and attendance processes.
  1. Solution Customization and Configuration:
    • Configure the Workforce Manager solution (including labor levels, business structure, employee groups, attestation, clock setup, access profiles, wage profiles, adjustment rules, percent allocation, time and attendance policies) based on client-specific requirements.
    • Implement data integration solutions using tools such as Boomi and UKG Workforce Integration Manager (WIM) for seamless inbound and outbound interfaces.
    • Customize reporting using Business Intelligence tools, including Dataviews, Reporting Studio, and Report Designer.
  1. Training and Client Support:
    • Deliver comprehensive training sessions (both on-site and remote) to ensure clients are proficient in using Workforce Manager.
    • Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
  1. Quality Assurance and Testing:
    • Conduct scenario-based testing and quality assurance to validate the functionality of the implemented solution.
    • Monitor the performance of the system, gather client feedback, and make necessary adjustments.
  1. Documentation and Reporting:
    • Maintain detailed documentation of each implementation project, including client communications, customizations, and project status.
    • Provide regular updates to project stakeholders and ensure accurate reporting of progress.
