Working closely with the latest systems, software products, and networked devices, you will align our solutions perfectly with our customers' evolving business needs. Your deep knowledge of the services we provide paired with your understanding of customer businesses, will enable you to propose and implement tailored solutions that exceed their expectations.You will be an integrated part of our customer account structure, fostering strong relationships with our customers and collaborating closely with our Delivery Partner. Together, you will create an environment that promotes innovation, collaboration, and customer success. By owning the technical and managerial support for our field engineers, technicians, system administrators, subject matter experts, and product support personnel, you will empower them to deliver, manage, maintain, and deploy IT services effectively.When it comes to troubleshooting incidents, problems, changes, and escalations, you will be at the forefront, providing swift support to fix any issues that may arise in malfunctioning services, operations, software, or equipment. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring that our systems run smoothly, offering our customers a seamless experience.As a Delivery Management Lead, you will have the unique opportunity to collaborate with an exceptional team of Delivery Partners, Architects, and SREs (Site Reliability Engineers). Key Responsibilities:
1. Data Center & Infrastructure Leadership
Own overall Data Center strategy, roadmap, and operations (on-prem, colocation, and hybrid cloud).
Lead and mentor multi-technology L2/L3 teams (Server, Storage, Network, Cloud).
Ensure 24x7 availability, SLA adherence, and operational excellence.
Drive capacity planning, lifecycle management, and technology refresh.
2. Cloud & Hybrid Infrastructure
Design and manage Hybrid Cloud and Multi-Cloud environments (AWS / Azure / GCP).
Lead cloud migration programs, including application and infrastructure modernization.
Implement cloud governance, cost optimization (FinOps), security, and compliance.
Integrate on-prem DC with cloud using secure connectivity and automation.
3. Virtualization & Compute
Architect and manage virtualization platforms:
VMware vSphere / ESXi / vCenter
Hyper-V / KVM (where applicable)
Lead performance tuning, HA/DR, clustering, and automation initiatives.
Manage physical server infrastructure (HPE, Dell, Cisco UCS).
4. Operating Systems & Middleware
Deep expertise in Windows Server and Linux (RHEL, CentOS, Ubuntu) environments.
Oversee OS hardening, patching, vulnerability remediation, and compliance.
Coordinate with application teams for middleware readiness and performance.
5. Storage & Backup
Design and manage enterprise storage solutions:
SAN/NAS (EMC, NetApp, HPE, Pure, etc.)
Lead backup and disaster recovery strategies:
Tools such as Veeam, NetBackup, Commvault, Rubrik
Ensure RPO/RTO compliance, DR drills, and audit readiness.
6. Network & Security Oversight
Strong understanding of Data Center networking:
LAN/WAN, Firewalls, Load Balancers, VPNs
Collaborate with network/security teams on:
Network segmentation, Zero Trust, firewall policies
Ensure security best practices and alignment with InfoSec policies.
7. Automation, Monitoring & ITSM
Drive automation using PowerShell, Ansible, Terraform, or scripting tools.
Implement and optimize monitoring and alerting tools.
Ensure adherence to ITIL processes:
Incident, Problem, Change, Capacity, and Asset Management.
8. Vendor, Stakeholder & Financial Management
Manage OEMs, service providers, cloud vendors, and partners.
Handle budgeting, cost control, licensing, and contract negotiations.
Provide regular reports to leadership on availability, risks, and improvements.
Act as an escalation point for critical incidents.
