Job Description
Job Title: HR Executive / HR Recruiter / Sr. HR Executive
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, selection, and onboarding.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements and track vacancy status.
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and update HRMS database.
- Process payroll inputs including attendance, leave records, incentives, and statutory deductions.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as ESI, EPF, Gratuity, and applicable Labour Laws.
- Handle onboarding and exit formalities of employees.
- Maintain statutory registers and assist in audit documentation.
- Prepare HR reports related to recruitment, payroll, attendance, and employee database.
- Support employee engagement and performance management activities.
- Manage HR administrative and day-to-day operational activities.
