Senior Business AnalystAs a Business Clients Acquisition Executive at Standard Chartered, your primary focus will be on acquiring new High-Value Segment (HVS) customer relationships by fulfilling their needs related to Assets, Liabilities, Insurance, and Investments as per the bank's mandates. You will also be responsible for deepening these relationships through cross-selling various products.
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve personal sales targets by being customer-focused and needs-based in selling
Ensure operational quality by maintaining error-free customer application and documentation
Practice responsive and responsible selling techniques
Conduct Customer Due Diligence (CDD), Market Led Proposition (MLP), and Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) diligently
Maintain zero tolerance for fraud and mis-selling
Attend training sessions to acquire knowledge relevant to your job function
Adhere to all policies, guidelines, and procedures while complying with local regulatory requirements
Qualifications Required:
Must be a graduate, with MBAs considered an advantage
Sales experience of at least 1 year in the Retail Banking Industry, especially in SB Lap, BIL, BWC, Insurance, and Current Accounts is preferred
Candidates with certifications such as AMFI, IRDA, and other relevant certifications will be given preference
Good knowledge of the selected market and customer segments is advantageous
Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence outcomes
Strong interpersonal skills to encourage enthusiasm and team spirit
