Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Mandatory Skills:

Atlassian Jira
Guidewire ClaimCenter
Guidewire PolicyCenter
Software Quality Engineer (SQE)

Mandatory Skills Description: Proven experience as a Test Manager on large-scale insurance system implementations.
Strong expertise in Guidewire applications (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimsCenter).
Deep understanding of London Market business, both Company and Syndicate.
A good understanding of London Market processes and regulatory requirements.
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
Familiarity with Agile delivery and test management tools (e.g., JIRA).
Ability to manage external vendors and offshore teams.
Strong stakeholder skills and the ability to work closely with business teams to facilitate user acceptance testing
Nice-to-Have Skills Description: Knowledge of quoting, pricing and finance applications (e.g. workbench, Oracle R12, HX)
Experience in automation frameworks and performance testing.
Languages:

English: C1 Advanced
