Job Description

Your Role Total Experience9-14 Years LocationMumbai / Pune/ Bangalore

Lead and manage delivery of Application Management/Development services, ensuring issue/risk tracking, mitigation, and quality governance.

Provide project & program leadership, including planning, budgeting, P&L oversight, and executing high-value business solutions.

Guide and mentor teams, fostering collaboration, knowledge transfer, and alignment across multiple Scrum teams.

Drive operational improvements, tools/automation initiatives, and transformation programs.

Create SOWs and oversee Agile execution, ensuring milestone achievement, financial reporting, and stakeholder management

Your Profile

12-14 years experience with at least 3 years as an SDM; strong techno-functional background (SAP/ERP/Oracle/Custom Apps).

Agile/Scrum expertise with Scrum Master certification; PMP preferred.

Strong leadership & communication skills with the ability to present business cases and manage cross-functional teams.

Problem-solving, time management, and independent decision-making capabilities.

Experience with tools like MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, JIRA, and ServiceNow.
