Job Description
Role: Principal Product Management Advisor (part time), Remote
Salary: Up to 3,000/- per hour (Negotiable) - Taxes extra as applicable
Role & responsibilities:
Basic Qualification
- B. Tech/B.E/M. Tech/MBA from a premier institute
- UIDAI may relax education qualification criteria in case of experienced & highly deserving candidates.
Professional Experience
The candidate must
- Possess 20+ years of experience in leading product management and/or advisory in product strategy, design & execution for comprehensive suites of B2B / B2C applications.
- Experience in designing and managing critical processes such as backlog prioritization frameworks, client change requests, user group engagements, and analytical spending optimization etc.
- Have experience in collaborating with industry participants, industry bodies and regulators.
- Be capable of positioning self and team as a thought leader through publications and industry forums.
It is expected that the candidate
- Has spent at least 10 years in senior leadership positions
- Exhibits excellent team leadership skills with the ability to collaborate in a multi-disciplinary setting
- Has exceptional communication skills to handle interactions across the entire team consisting of junior team members right up to the executives
Job Objective
Provide thought leadership and vision for Aadhaar as a product for a resident, sector agnostic ecosystems while ensuring compliance. Applicable both for the web and mobile devices in lock step with modern architecture and technology practices.
Roles & Responsibilities
The candidate is expected to
- Work with the internal and external teams, industry players across sectors to solicit feedback and inputs from the eco-system and to analyze latest use cases & innovations that should be incorporated in solution design & product development strategy.
- Work closely with internal and external teams through the product lifecycle stages including product strategy, product roadmap, product engineering, product analytics such that end product meets market and user needs and fosters innovation.
- Take initiatives around product advocacy & collaboration. Provide mentorship to product and BA teams as and when required within the prescribed norms of the organization and policy frameworks.
