Job Description

Qualifications

• Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry.
• 8+ years of relevant design experience.
• An inspiring portfolio demonstrating the ability to distill complex problems into elegant, holistic solutions based on human-centered design and research data
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and work effectively with diverse teams.
• Experience participating in the complete product development lifecycle.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with iterative and generative approach.

Skills:

Interaction Design; User-centered Design; AI; Design thinking; Visual Design; User research; Information Architecture; Systems Thinking; Communication Education:

Relevant bachelor degree or above, including but not limited to Interaction Design, User Centered Design, Human Computer Interaction, Software Engineering.

Portfolio is a must-have.
