Role & responsibilities

Handled international inbound and outbound customer calls efficiently.


  • Delivered high-quality customer service with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Achieved First Call Resolution (FCR) by identifying and resolving customer issues promptly.
  • Maintained excellent communication skills with a neutral accent and professional tone.
  • Managed escalations and irate customers with patience and confidence.
  • Met and exceeded KPIs such as AHT, CSAT, and Quality Scores.
  • Accurately documented customer interactions in CRM systems.
  • Followed compliance policies and ensured data confidentiality at all times.
  • Worked effectively in night shifts and rotational week-offs.
  • Collaborated with internal teams to ensure quick and effective issue resolution.

Preferred candidate profile


  • Minimum 6 months of experience in an International Voice Process (US/UK).
  • Excellent communication skills with a neutral accent and strong customer handling ability.
  • Experience in managing escalations and resolving customer issues effectively.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools and understanding of KPIs like AHT and CSAT.
  • Flexible to work night shifts and rotational week-offs with consistent performance.
