Role-SQL DBA (SQL Server DBA + Performance tuning)

Experience- 5 to 9 Years.

Location- Delhi / Hyderabad / Mumbai / Bangalore

Required Technical Skill Set-

• Experience on SQL Server DBA along with cloud (azure and AWS) Proficient on DBA Performance tuning experience
• Experience to design, implement, and maintain high-performance SQL Server databases, ensuring optimal performance, availability, and reliability
• Perform in-depth performance tuning and optimization, identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks, slow queries, query tuning and other related issues
• Analyze wait events and proactively address performance challenges to ensure smooth and efficient database operations
• Oversee and manage database replication,always-on strategies, including setup, configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting of environments
• Monitor database health using various tools, set up alerting mechanisms, and respond to incidents in a timely manner to minimize downtime and data loss
• Implement and manage Change Data Capture (CDC) processes to enable real-time data integration and synchronization across databases
• Work closely with cross-functional and cloud teams to plan and execute database upgrades, migrations, and patching while minimizing risks and downtime
• Documenting database configurations, processes, and best practices, contributing to the creation and maintenance of internal knowledge resources

• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in SQL Server database administration.
