Strong Communications Skills
Experience with ETL pipelines and data processing frameworks
Strong Database Knowledge/SQL.
Strong Programming and Python Knowledge
Develop and maintain API integrations between internal and external systems using Python. Good understanding of API development, integration patterns, and RESTful services.
Expertise with Python, django,SQL and NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).
HRMS/HCM Integrations Solutions Expertise/Experience added advantage.
Familiarity with OAuth, JWT, and authentication mechanisms.
Middleware Solutions and Data Transformations knowledge or expertise*
Handle data transformation, mapping, and validation between different formats (JSON, XML, CSV, etc.).
Implement error handling, logging, and monitoring for integration services.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, DevOps, and business analysts.
Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code following best practices.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Analyse, Design, and implement integration solutions products.
- Work with team for clients across a customer strategic business or technical requirements
- Work closely with Project Managers, COT, AD/CSMs, Partners in the implementation of the technical content defined in the Statement of Work
Hands-on systems integration with high visibility and will be responsible for participating in software integration projects for Clients. Create and Review all solution architectures and delivery components basis analyses for client requirements for integration and with adherence. Own clients integration requirements and prepare design and document all processes as per complexity requirements with end-to-end delivery.
Strong HCM/HRMS Domain Expertise
Good Project Management Knowledge
The Integration Consultant should have knowledge of related applications and cloud-based technologies. Should also possess excellent interpersonal skills along with strong written and verbal communication and the ability to communicate effectively to non-technical audiences as well as senior technical personnel. The individual should have the ability to work effectively as an individual or in a team environment.
Participate in systems integration projects delivering Integrations solutions to clients.
