Job Description
- Patient Consultation & Diagnosis: Conduct thorough skin and hair examinations, take patient medical history, and analyze skin conditions to provide appropriate recommendations.
- Cosmetic Procedures: Perform or assist with non-surgical aesthetic treatments, including:
- Injectables: Dermal fillers (especially in the perioral area), botulinum toxin (Botox) for wrinkles.
- Skin Rejuvenation: Chemical peels, micro-needling, and microdermabrasion.
- Hair & Facial Treatments: Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) therapy, lasers, facial treatments.
- Laser Therapy: Operate laser machines for hair removal, scar reduction, and acne treatment.
- Treatment Planning & Education: Develop personalized, long-term skincare routines and educate patients on pre- and post-treatment care.
- Documentation & Compliance: Maintain accurate, detailed records of patient consultations and treatment progress. Adhere to clinic protocols, safety guidelines, and infection control procedures.
- Inventory & Staff Management: Manage basic clinic inventory, such as medication, products, and equipment, and guide technical staff (nurses/assistants).
- Education: A Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) degree is mandatory.
- Certification: A, PG diploma or certification in cosmetology, medical aesthetics, or dermatology is typically required.
- Technical Skills: Deep knowledge of facial anatomy, facial muscles, and blood vessels. Experience with injectables is highly sought after.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication skills (especially in English) for client counseling and rapport building.
- Experience: Generally 03 years of clinical experience in a cosmetology or dermatology clinic is preferred
