Job Description:
KreditBee is hiring Operations Executives for its Hindi Voice Process Collections / Debt Recovery Team. If you have excellent Hindi/Telugu/Malayalam communication skills and are passionate about customer interaction and financial recovery processes, we welcome you to join our dynamic team in Visakhapatnam.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to customers for EMI collections and overdue payment reminders.
Educate customers about repayment options and resolve queries effectively.
Negotiate and follow up on payment commitments.
Maintain call logs, update CRM with call outcomes.
Requirements:
Hindi/Telugu/Malayalam fluency is mandatory (verbal communication).
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Immediate joiners preferred.
Qualifications:
12th/ Diploma pass with experience / Graduate in any discipline
Freshers and candidates with up to 3 years of experience in customer support, collections, BPO, or voice process roles are welcome.
