Job Description

    We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Support Relationship Manager to handle client queries, maintain strong relationships, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to resolve issues efficiently while working remotely.

    Required Skills:
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Hindi & English preferred)
    Strong problem-solving ability
    Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM tools)
    Ability to work independently from home
    Good internet connection and laptop/desktop required

     

    Eligibility Criteria:
    Graduate / Undergraduate (Any Stream)
    01 years of experience in customer support / relationship management
    Freshers with good communication skills can also apply

     

    Salary:

    15,000 30,000 per month (Based on experience)
    Performance incentives available

     

    Working Hours:
    5 Days Working
    Flexible Shift (Day / Rotational)
