Job Description

Security personnel (guards/officers) protect property, assets, and people by patrolling premises, monitoring surveillance systems, and controlling access points to deter criminal activity. They respond to emergencies, enforce safety policies, and document incidents. Key skills include alertness, communication, and the ability to handle security equipment and incidents

Patrolling & Inspection: Conducting regular foot or vehicle patrols of the interior and exterior to check for unsafe conditions, hazards, and unlocked doors or security breaches.
Access Control: Monitoring entrances, verifying employee/visitor identification, issuing passes, and maintaining visitor logs.

Surveillance: Operating and monitoring CCTV cameras, alarm systems, and video monitors to identify suspicious activity.
Emergency Response: Responding to alarms, disturbances, or medical emergencies, and coordinating with law enforcement or emergency services.
Reporting: Preparing detailed daily logs, incident reports, and activity reports for management.
Security Enforcement: Enforcing company policies, safety protocols, and regulations to prevent theft, violence, or infractions
