Job Description
- Key Responsibilities *Create engaging and high-quality photo and video content aligned with brand guidelines *Shoot, edit, and publish daily content across social media platforms *Plan and execute monthly content calendars and social media campaigns *Monitor, track, and analyze performance insights, analytics, and platform algorithms *Actively engage with followers, respond to comments, messages, and manage DMs *Manage and grow the companys LinkedIn Page, including content posting and engagement *Stay updated with current trends, reels formats, hashtags, and platform best practices Requirements & Skills *Proven experience in social media management and content creation *Basic to intermediate skills in photo/video editing tools (Canva, CapCut, Adobe, etc.) *Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms *Creative mindset with good communication skills *Ability to work independently and meet daily posting deadlines
