Job Description

Your RoleTotal Expeience2-4 Years Location:Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Gurugram

Handle German user issues received via call, email, or chat and create ITSM/ServiceNow tickets.

Gather complete information, prioritize incidents , and assign severity based on criticality.

Provide SOPbased L1 resolution for incidents and service requests.

Dispatch tickets to L2/L3 teams for issues beyond L1 scope.

Maintain clear communication with endusers throughout the request/incident lifecycle.

Your Profile

Goethe certificate- B2/C1 certification OR BA/MA in German language (mandatory).

Strong German speaking and writing proficiency .

Experience handling German language calls .

Basic knowledge of ITIL processes and ticketing tools (ITSM/ServiceNow preferred).

Experience in document/ticket translation .
