Node Js Developer @ Softtek

Job Description

• We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Backend Developer with deep expertise in Node.js and Next.js and Java to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will design, build, and optimize scalable backend systems, ensuring high performance and reliability. Experience with Vercel deployment and optimization is a plus.
• 5+ years of professional experience in backend development.
• Strong proficiency in Node.js and Next.js. and Java
• Solid understanding of server-side rendering, API design, and microservices architecture.
• Experience with databases (SQL and NoSQL).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, cloud services, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in agile teams.

Nice to Have

• Experience deploying and optimizing applications on Vercel.
• Familiarity with TypeScript.
• Background in DevOps or cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure).

Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop, and maintain backend services using Node.js and Next.js and Java
• Collaborate with frontend engineers, product managers, and designers to deliver seamless user experiences.
• Implement RESTful and GraphQL APIs for scalable applications.
• Optimize server-side rendering and API performance.
• Ensure code quality through testing, reviews, and best practices.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve system reliability and scalability.
• Contribute to technical decisions, mentoring junior developers, and shaping engineering standards.
