Job Description
-WORK FROM HOME
-US Shifs (Should be flexible for both ) -5.30 P.m /6.30 P.m - 2.30- 3.30 A.m
-Immediate joiners preferred
Job Summary:
- Monitor and manage all purchase requests and change orders submitted to the Funding Only Support queue.
- Review contract documents and all supporting documents (including but not limited to exhibits, order forms, etc.).
- Review and understand all purchase requests, change orders, and support documents (including but not limited to order forms, quotes, invoices, contracts, amendments, other attachments, and comments).
- Participate in all scheduled meetings as determined by the client, including but not limited to touchpoints, status meetings on a weekly and monthly basis, as appropriate.
- Provide daily/weekly tracking and status reports to the client of all transactions, as needed.
Skills.
- 4+ years of sourcing and/or purchasing buyers desk agent experience preferred
- General knowledge of the supply chain industry with the capability to analyze areas of opportunity for workflow process improvement
- High degree of self-motivation and strong work ethic
- Customer focused and quality driven
- Coupa or other purchasing platform end user preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Power Point, Word, Excel)
- Team players with the ability to work independently to meet deadlines, goals, and objectives
- Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams
