Job Description

We are looking for passionate, enthusiastic Multi Solution Architect for presales, consulting and presales as part of DXP practice. Candidate will be responsible for working directly with practice leaders, customers, and prospects to understand the business problems and opportunities, providing innovative technical solution. Candidate will be responsible for following:

• Work closely with clients, BAs & Architects to understand customer requirements and build Solution and architecture.

• Contribute to Customer s digital marketing and commerce strategies based on industry best practices and PoVs

• Innovative thinker and desire to help us build out a new Go to market offerings and practices.

• Identifying opportunities for accelerator, innovation, and automation

Qualifications

• 12 to 16 years overall experience and 5+ years development experience using any WCM

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with AEM or any of the leading CMS

• Expertise in at least one product in each product category (CMS, Web analytics, personalization, and commerce solutions)

• 2+ years of hands-on experience as an Architect in a delivery team

• In-depth understanding of digital marketing concepts, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and analytics.

• Proficient in marketing technology stacks, including CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, analytics tools, and content management systems.

• Proven experience in designing and implementing complex solutions as a Solution Architect.

• Ability to create architectural documentation and communicate design decisions effectively.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Ability to present technical concepts to executives and marketing teams.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to address challenges in a dynamic digital marketing environment.

• Hands on understanding of technology blocks of digital marketing ecosystem and ability to define scalable platform architecture

Desirable skills

• Adobe certified professional/Architect

• Any personalization engine Implementation experience

• Understanding of launch and Adobe analytics

• Experience of leading discovery workshops

• Agile Development Methodology experience is advantageous

• Implementation experience of a commerce solution with AEM or any other CMS
