JD:
The Cornerstone Reporting & Analytics Specialist is responsible for designing, maintaining, and securing learning reports and dashboards within Cornerstone Learn, using both Cornerstone Reporting (LMS-focused) and Analytics Plus (LXP-focused). This role provides compliance, engagement, and skills insights to stakeholders, ensuring that reporting aligns with business goals while maintaining data integrity and appropriate security access.
Skills & Qualifications
  • Hands-on expertise with Cornerstone Reporting (Reporting 2.0), including filters, calculated fields, scheduling, and dashboard creation.
  • Proficiency in Analytics Plus (Learning Experience) reporting and dashboards.
  • Strong experience with skills reporting (Cornerstone Skills framework, skill profiles, trending skills).
  • Solid understanding of security configuration for reports and dashboards (role-based access, permissions, data governance).
  • Ability to interpret, analyze, and present complex data in a clear way for non-technical audiences.
  • Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
  • Proven track record in both compliance (LMS) and engagement/skills (LXP) reporting.
  • Experience working with L&D, or Talent Management stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or Excel advanced analytics) is a plus.
  • Good communication and anlytical skills
  • Candidate will work in shift covering EST timezone.
